<br />Hazardous Waste label (YELLOW) with accumulation start date, warehouse
<br />name and street address, EPA ID number and hazardous property, check
<br />OTHER box with an "X" and add the words: CALIFORNIA TOXIC.
<br />2. Attach label to the outside of the container, not on the lid.
<br />3. Attach CONTAINER #5 - OTHER (WHITE) label to the side of
<br />container next to the Hazardous Waste label.
