<br />Hazardous Waste label (YELLOW) with accumulation start date, warehouse
<br />name and street address, EPA ID number and hazardous property.
<br />2. Attach label to the outside of the container, not on the lid.
<br />s. Attach CONTAINER #(3 - TOXIC (YELLOW) label to the side of
<br />container next to the Hazardous Waste label.
