Hazardous waste inspection included the fuel island and the warehouse. <br />At time of inspection the hazardous waste containers, (buckets),in the warehouse, were shrink-wrapped <br />together, on a pallet, stored on the second shelf of a rack, approximately 8-10 feet off of the ground. The <br />pallet was removed from the shelf and placed on the ground by a forklift during the inspection. <br />Warehouse is selling items to Shop Heroic in Elk Grove. Items are placed in a box and Shop Heroics <br />purchases the entire box without review. Items in the box at time of inspection included shampoo, wool <br />comforters, detergent, and gift cards. Explain how a determination is made by the warehouse employee <br />if the item is a product, a waste and or a hazardous waste. <br />Class I Violation: 204 <br />Class 11 Violation: 108, 121, 122, 125, 605, 703, 705, 804, 808, 809, 812, 9999 <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE <br />
