The <br /> DTSC hazardous waste track ng system listed manifest number 009443760JJK (9/21/12) for this facility. Hazardous <br /> waste generators shall retain opies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a <br /> consolidated manifesting pro edure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. Immediately <br /> locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the <br /> EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 110 CCR 66262.42 Failed to com ly with uniform hazardous waste manifest exception requirements. <br /> Manifest number 009443760 JK (9/21/12)was not found on site. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of <br /> all manifests for three years o until a copy signed off by the destination facility is received. The signed off copy shall <br /> be retained and made readily available for review for three years. If the generator did not receive a copy of the manifest <br /> with the handwritten signaturE of the owner or operator of the facility to which the generator's waste was submitted <br /> within 60 days of the date the waste was accepted by the initial transporter, the generator shall submit a legible copy <br /> of the missing manifest, with Some indication that the generator has not received confirmation of delivery. This <br /> information shall be submitte to: <br /> DTSC Report Repository <br /> Generator Information Se ices Section <br /> P.O. Box 806 <br /> Sacramento, CA 95812-0 06 <br /> Immediately locate a copy oft ie missing manifest or prepare and submit the required information to DTSC. Submit to <br /> the EHD a copy of the signed ff copy of the manifests or a copy of the information submitted to DTSC. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 608 CCR 66266.130 Failed to pro erly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br /> Bills of lading for the recycling of used oil & fuel filters for the last three years were not found on site. A copy of each <br /> bill of lading must be kept on ite for at least three years. Immediately locate a copy of all bills of lading for used <br /> filters for the last three years, aintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy oft ie Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actio is that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by June 26, 2015. <br /> Note: No hazardous waste was on site.
