Copies of uniform manifests f r the disposal of hazardous waste for the last three years were not found on site. The DTSC hazardous waste track ng system listed manifest number 009443760JJK (9/21/12) for this facility. Hazardous waste generators shall retain opies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting pro edure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. This is a Class II violation. 110 CCR 66262.42 Failed to com ly with uniform hazardous waste manifest exception requirements. Manifest number 009443760 JK (9/21/12)was not found on site. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests for three years o until a copy signed off by the destination facility is received. The signed off copy shall be retained and made readily available for review for three years. If the generator did not receive a copy of the manifest with the handwritten signaturE of the owner or operator of the facility to which the generator's waste was submitted within 60 days of the date the waste was accepted by the initial transporter, the generator shall submit a legible copy of the missing manifest, with Some indication that the generator has not received confirmation of delivery. Submit to the EHD a copy of the signed ff copy of the manifests or a copy of the information submitted to DTSC. This is a Class II violation. 608 CCR 66266.130 Failed to pro erly manage used oil and fuel filters. Bills of lading for the recycling of used oil & fuel filters for the last three years were not found on site. A copy of each bill of lading must be kept on ite for at least three years. Immediately locate a copy of all bills of lading for used filters for the last three years, aintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. This is a minor violation. Overall Inspection Comments: Complete and submit a copy oft ie Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actio is that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by June 26, 2015. Note: No hazardous waste was on site.
