Failed to label univers I waste to identify type of universal waste. In the back office, on the counter <br /> is a CRT monitor, keyboardand CPU console that was replaced with an updated computer system <br /> approximately a week ago. Universal waste must be labeled to identify that the old unit is no longer in use <br /> or have no future purpose z s "Universal Waste-electronic devices". <br /> -Corrected on site. Mr. Ang e labeled the older computer system as "Universal Waste-electronic devices" <br /> and left a voicemail for the information technology technician to remind him to have the old system <br /> removed and properly disp sed. <br /> Notes: <br /> - No longer has a hazardou waste drum for waste water.
