Failed to label Universal <br />waste to identify type of universal waste. In the back office, on the counter <br />is a CRT monitor, keyboard <br />and CPU console that was replaced with an updated computer system <br />approximately a week ago. <br />Universal waste must be labeled to identify that the old unit is no longer in use <br />or have no future purpose as <br />"Universal Waste -electronic devices". <br />-Corrected on site. Mr. Angle <br />labeled the older computer system as "Universal Waste -electronic devices" <br />and left a voicemail for the <br />nformation technology technician to remind him to have the old system <br />removed and properly disp <br />sed. <br />Notes: <br />- No longer has a hazardous <br />waste drum for waste water.
