We are working with the City of Lathrop on optimizing their solids handling and would like to meet with the appropriate personnel at the County Environmental Health Department to discuss some of the options we are evaluating. This includes options for sand drying beds, enhancement of the filter press process with backwash and sludge thickening aids. I did not see anything about the storm drain or the retention pond. I would also like to see more photos of the area were the 20 yards of hazardous waste was stored on the ground in the back.
