Henry [EH] <br /> Subject: City of Lathrop Written Inspection Report-Louise Ave.Water Treatment Plant <br /> Ms. Henry, <br /> I wanted to follow up with you to see if you have completed and submitted your final inspection report to the City of <br /> Lathrop for the inspection you conducted at the Louise Ave. Water Treatment Plant on 5/10/2016. <br /> When I talked with you a few weeks ago,you had mentioned you were working on completing the written report to <br /> submit to the City, and the City would have 30 days from the date of this written report to address all the items with the <br /> exception of any spills; spills were to be cleaned up immediately. As you know I provided you documentation on <br /> 5/19/2016 the areas where the spill occurred were cleaned up. However, at this time I am just waiting for your written <br /> report so I can address all other items and to my knowledge the City has not received it yet. If you have already <br /> submitted your report to the City, would it be possible you can email it to me? <br /> I know it is not your area, but I just wanted to inform you that I have already completed and submitted the hazardous <br /> materials plan via CERS as required by Robert Lopez.
