Hazelton Avenue <br /> Stockton, CA 95205-6232 <br /> RE: Louise Avenue Water Treatment Facility(LAWTF) Hazardous Waste Clean-up <br /> Dear Ms. Henry, <br /> On May 10, 2016 you provided an inspection at the LAWTF,which is owned and operated by the City of <br /> Lathrop. During your inspection you provided a checklist to the City identifying a violation of Code <br /> Section HSC 25189.5(a) in two areas: 20 yards of waste at the back of facility, and evidence of a spill <br /> from the filter press to storm drain. <br /> On May 11, 2016 the waste from the filter press to the storm drain was cleaned-up, and on May 12, <br /> 2016 the 20 yards of waste was cleaned up.
