Hazelton Avenue <br /> Stockton, California 95205 <br /> Ms. Henry, <br /> I am providing you a written response for Hazardous Waste Violations 106, 107, and 108 that occurred <br /> at the City of Lathrop's Louise Avenue Water Treatment Facility (LAWTF). <br /> As discussed in my last Hazardous Waste Inspection Response dated November 14, 2016,The City of <br /> Lathrop hired Enviortech to address Violations 106, 107, 108, 110, 111, and 204. Included in this letter is <br /> a copy of the recently completed Emergency Response Hazardous Waste Contingency Plan, dated April <br /> 3, 2017. <br /> With the submission of the Emergency Response Hazardous Waste Contingency Plan,this should close <br /> out all violations except for violations 110, 111, and 204.
