Leong <br /> Copies of the plan will be maintained at the facility and the LAWTF Emergency Coordinator <br /> will coordinate the following plan review and update procedures. § 66265.53 (a) <br /> This Plan will be reviewed periodically to determine if there are changes in the Facility's <br /> design, construction, operation, or maintenance that materially affects the Facility's potential <br /> for the discharge of hazardous waste into the environment. <br /> Inclusion of Amendments into the Plan - The LAWTF Emergency Coordinator will coordinate <br /> the word processing, publication, and distribution efforts of completing the revisions and <br /> maintaining the Plan. <br /> The plan holder, immediately upon receipt of any revisions, shall review and insert the revised <br /> pages into the Plan and discard the obsolete pages. This action should then be recorded on <br /> the "Revision Record" page in the Foreword. <br /> Revised plans will be submitted to all local police departments, fire departments, hospitals, <br /> and State and local emergency response teams that may be called upon to provide emergency <br /> services. § 66265.53 (b) <br />
