Currently, after the solids are dewatered, they are stored on-site in a transportable <br /> holding bin. The holding bin is provided to the City by the disposal transport company, at a <br /> cost of$10,000 per year. If constructed, the drying beds will hold the solids until they are <br /> collected and placed in a bin at the time they are to be transported. <br /> The total capital cost of the drying beds, including other site modifications, is provided in <br /> Table 1. <br />
