If any of the indicator analysis is in excess of the Action Level Concentrations, the City will perform the following steps for investigating the source and performing corrective actions: 1. Non-storm water discharges suspected of being sanitary sewage and/or significantly contaminated will be investigated within 24 hours. 2. Investigation priority will be given to investigations of SSOs and/or significantly contaminated discharges over flows such as cooling water, wash water, or natural flows. 3. The City will determine and document the source of all non-storm water discharges. If the source is determined to be allowable (by permit or ordinance), no further action will be required. The City will take the following corrective action steps to eliminate the illicit discharge: 1. Notify the responsible party of the problem. 2. Require the responsible party to conduct all necessary corrective actions to eliminate the discharge within 72 hours of notification. 3. Follow up to verify elimination of discharge (corrective action)has been satisfactorily completed. 4. Document the follow-up investigation. 5.
