Form <br /> and emails are attached. <br /> #122—The manifests for waste disposal have been located and are attached to this document with one <br /> exception. Manifest#010970288JJK was not located by City Staff nor by the City's hazardous <br /> waste hauler. City Staff will continue efforts to locate and provide the manifest. <br /> In addition, City Hall and Corporation Yard Staff will be trained on maintaining hazardous waste <br /> disposal records. <br /> #605—Signs conforming to the notes and example provided in the Inspection Report have been ordered <br /> and shall be installed by June 30, 2014 on all hazardous waste containers. <br /> Notes: <br /> Incomplete CERS Submittal— The Emergency Response/Contingency Plan was uploaded to CERS on <br /> June 11, 2014.
