A test report has not been submitted to the EHD or the <br /> California Environmental Reporting System (CERS).A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of <br /> the test. Immediately provide this report to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 320 CCR 2635, 2637.2, 2665, 2712 Failure to comply with the installation, inspection, or record keeping of the overfill <br /> prevention. <br /> The mechanical flapper used as the overfill prevention system is not set at 95% or lower on the jet fuel UST. The <br /> test results for overfill prevention testing conducted 8/29/18 were dated 8/29/13. These results incorrectly indicate <br /> the flapper is located at 90%. <br /> Based on the measurements included in the results (83.7"flapper location) and the tank charts available on site <br /> (11,627 gallon capacity), the flapper is set at between 96% and 97% capacity. The results state the tank diameter is <br /> 93"while the tank chart states 92". Immediately repair or replace this component by a properly licensed, trained, <br /> and certified contractor under permit <br /> and inspection of the EHD. If the component can't be replaced immediately, there is a possibility that the jet fuel <br /> UST system <br /> may be red tagged to prevent fuel inputs. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by January 16, 2020. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
