" The intent of this <br /> scientific guidance memo is to provide a uniform approach to the <br /> treatment of non-detect values in exposure assessment portions of <br /> risk assessments to promote statewide consistency and to more <br /> accurately quantify the exposure of biological receptors to <br /> chemicals emanating from hazardous waste sites. <br /> This memo should be viewed as scientific guidance and should not <br /> be interpreted as policy of the Toxic Substances Control Program. <br /> We suggest that the scientific guidance detailed in the attached <br /> memo be made available to interested DHS-TSCP staff.
