Bowman Rd <br /> French Camp, CA <br /> The complaint inspection (Complaint C00049661) was conducted offsite at several points <br /> known to exhibit odors from the Olivera Foods Inc (OFI). The reason for offsite visit was due <br /> to the bio-security concerns posed from the recent outbreak of Newcastle Disease. The <br /> inspection started on Briggs Rd. I drove slowly with both windows down the full length of <br /> Briggs Rd. There was odor from OFI facility at 666 W. Briggs Rd. The odor was moderate. <br /> The odor continued to the west end of Briggs Road. . <br /> The inspection continued on Manila Rd. Once on Manila Rd, I drove slowly with the windows <br /> down and checked for odors. There were odors no odors from the OFI facility detected the <br /> length of Manila Rd. <br /> The wind was blowing in a SSE direction @ 5 Miles Per Hour (MPH), according to the <br /> National Weather Service at the Stockton Municipal Airport. <br /> The inspection continued to Bowman Rd. The same method of driving slowly with the window <br /> down was used. There was some odor at the entrance OFI, but the odor was light. There was <br /> odor from the horse, cow and goat farm @ 919 W. Bowman Rd. <br /> Based on my inspection activities, I was not able to verify the allegations of the complaint. <br /> Complaint abated. <br /> 1868 E.
