The permit has <br /> been approved with the following conditions : <br /> 1 . Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for any <br /> applicable permits and requirements . <br /> 2 . Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work . All new addenda supersede the previous ones . <br /> 3 . Contact Zuna Barker at (209 ) 953-7311 to arrange the following appointments ( a 48- hour notice is <br /> required for inspection appointments ) . <br /> • Spill bucket test: Verify minimum 5 - gallon capacity and pass a one hour hydrostatic test ( or <br /> equivalent) . Proper drainage must also be verified . <br /> 4 . If concrete will be broken near the tank , a secondary containment test must be performed on the <br /> tank once concrete is poured in accordance with the manufacturer' s guidelines . <br /> 5 . Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following qualifications : <br /> a . Possess or be employed by a person who possesses one of several permissible valid , current <br /> contractor' s licenses issued by the Contractors State License Board ( may be issued to the <br /> installation company ) , or a Tank Tester' s license issued to the individual by the State Water <br /> Board , and <br /> b . Possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of an individual physically present at <br /> the work site who possesses a valid , current California UST Service Technician certificate issued <br /> by the International Code Council ( ICC ) , and <br /> c . Possesses a valid , current certificate of training from the manufacturer( s ) of the component (s ) <br /> being tested , repaired , or serviced . <br /> 1868 E .
