You sent <br /> these records to Nicole Roth (ce'd here) on April 6th. We have a couple of questions and concerns about this response. <br /> On page 57, there is a site map of the facility, but it appears the bottom portion of the page did not copy. Can we get a <br /> copy of the full page if it exists? <br /> As shown below, these records were produced to us on April 6, 2011. We requested all records related to the Olivera <br /> facility between 2009 and the present. The only documents you produced from 2011 ('aside From.records request forms, <br /> and a file log) is Ed Olivera's January 5, 2011 Manure Management Plan. <br /> Similarly, for 2010, there is only one inspection report (12/1/10) and no other 201.0-dated documents aside from an <br /> August 17, 2010 email in which Mr. Robert McClellon refers to a complaint and subsequent site visits to Olivera <br /> occurring between August 9th to August 1 l th 2010.. Are there any other documents associated with these? Typically <br /> there would be a complaint form, a log entry about the visit, and a write up of the inspection on in SJEIID form. <br /> Please provide any and all other documents, emails et. cetera that relate to these and any other complaints and <br /> inspections between Jan. 1 2009 and the present. If not such other records exist please let us know that. <br /> In the alternative, Please confirm that your agency has Po. other records related to this property which were created or <br /> received in 2000, 2010 or 2011._ Specifically please confirm that aside loom the records in the attached word document, <br /> the agency has none of the following (dated between l/l/2009 and April 6, 2011): <br /> a.
