R. "Communication(s)" means any transmission or exchange of information.

<br /> agreements, books,journals, ledgers,statements,reports, studies, bills, invoices,articles,
<br /> diaries, minutes, calendars, analysis, projections,checks, drafts, money orders,
<br /> transcripts, summaries or notes of any personal or telephone conversations, electronic
<br /> correspondence such as"e-mail,"summaries or notes of any meetings or conferences,
<br /> and electronic or computerized data compilations in your possession,custody or control.
<br /> If necessary, a document must be translated through detection or decoding devices into
<br /> useable form.
<br /> 10. "Regarding"means discussing, constituting, mentioning, pertaining to,
<br /> relating to, assessing, embodying, recording, stating,concerning, describing, touching
<br /> upon or summarizing.
<br /> 11. The term"inspection" shall have the broadest meaning permissible under
<br /> Rule 45 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and shall include permission to enter any
<br /> property necessary to inspect the desired item.
