Changes have been made to the facility since the previous manure management plan was submitted. Submit <br /> an updated manure management plan and facility map by March 30,2018. <br /> 2. A few empty fly jars were observed on the property. Ensure all fly jars are kept filled with bait. <br /> Notes: <br /> • Facility has approximately 520,000 birds on site. <br /> • Mortality is incinerated on site,normally in the morning. <br /> • Rodent bait stations and fly jars were observed on site.Facility contracts with Newtech Pest Control to <br /> maintain both. <br /> • Houses 1 and 6 are cage free types and are cleaned twice a week. <br /> • Houses 2,3,4, and 5 utilize a belt dryer which cycles out approximately 1/3 to 1/2 of the manure out of the <br /> houses each day. <br /> • Houses 9, 10, and 14 located in the south unit are caged houses each equipped with their own manure belt <br /> drying system. Approximately 1/3 of the manure in the houses cycles out through the belt dryer each day. House <br /> 10 was empty during this inspection. <br /> • House 11 is scraped 1-2x per day. <br /> • House 12 has been demolished. <br /> • House 13 is under construction. <br /> • Wet manure is mixed with sawdust on site. It is hauled off site by Keith Day on a weekly basis <br /> • Dry manure is removed by True Organics every 1-2 weeks. <br /> • Fly population on site was light. <br /> • No fly breeding was observed. <br /> 1868 E.
