STOCKTON August 14. 2018 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d) Stored ha ardous waste onsite greater than 180 days. <br /> Facilities who generate lesshon 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste <br /> stored on site at any time m store waste on site up to 180 days.A 55 gallon black steel drum was found in the <br /> hazardous waste area witho t a label. Since it cannot be determined how long the hazardous waste has been on <br /> site, immediately contact a li ensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest. Submit a copy <br /> of the manifest to the EHD w thin 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to c mpletely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> A 55 gallon black steel drum ontaining fuel contaminated liquid was observed in the hazardous waste area with a <br /> label stating"hazardous was "however it was missing accumulation start date, name and address of generator, <br /> hazardous properties, physic I state, composition(contents). Another 55 gallon black steel drum was found on site <br /> in the hazardous waste area ithout a label.All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following <br /> information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous ste" <br /> -name and address of ge erator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition(contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these contE iners and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. <br /> The cashier filled out the labe to the drum holding the fuel contaminated liquid to correct this on site however the <br /> other drum was not labeled w iile the inspector was on site. Determine what is inside the drum and immediately <br /> label it properly. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 608 CCR 66266.130 Failed to pro erly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br /> Fuel filters were last change o 6/6/17 however no bills of lading for the recycling of used oil filters were not found <br /> on site. A copy of each bill of ading must be kept on site for at least three years. Immediately locate a copy of all <br /> bills of lading for used oil filters for the last three years, maintain them on site,and submit copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of t e Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by September 13th, 2018. <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials <br /> information online to the CaliforniaEnvironmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
