Wilson COUNTY <br /> Associate Hazardous <br /> Materials Specialist <br /> I have reviewed the subject sampling plan. The following concerns <br /> must be addressed: <br /> 1) All of the health and safety concerns raised in the <br /> attached memorandum from Pamela Murcell Bare, must be <br /> addressed, and included with final sampling plan. <br /> 2) The final sampling plan must include a Quality Assurance <br /> /Quality Control (QA/QC) plan. The QA/QC plan must include <br /> both field and laboratory procedures to be used during the <br /> project. Guidance for preparing the QA/QC plan can be found <br /> in the California Site Mitigation Decision Tree document, <br /> dated May 1986. <br /> 3) The final sampling plan must include a site map showing <br /> the locations sampled, and must list each of the <br /> contaminants found, contamination levels, the date (s) <br /> sampled, and all proposed new sampling locations. <br /> 4) Duplicates of all samples must be taken and provided to <br /> the Department. <br /> Attachment <br /> RJW:rjw <br /> rwbrea. 057 <br />
