MANAGEMENT AND DESIGNATED PERSONNEL - 40 CFR 112.7 Facility management is committed to preventing discharges of oil to navigable waters and the environment, and to maintaining the highest standards for SPCC through the implementation and regular review and amendment to this Plan. Additionally, Facility management has fully approved and committed the necessary resources to implement the measures described in this Plan. Administrative Facility management certification is provided on the page located prior to the table of contents of this Plan. The administrative Facility management certification page also indicates Facility personnel accountable for SPCC at the Facility.
