Louise Avenue, Lathrop, California, Assessor's parcel number 198-020- <br /> 000, in a primarily industrial area within the city limits of Lathrop, California. The Facility is located on a <br /> 24.59-acre, rectangular shaped parcel of land. The primary entry to the facility is from E. Louise Avenue on <br /> the northwest corner of the property. <br /> The facility is used for truck rentals, service, repair of trucks and diesel fueling of rental trucks. The main <br /> building which is located on the center-north portion of the property accommodates the sales and <br /> administrative functions on the north half of the building and service and repair of vehicles on the south half <br /> of the building. The service area is located on the southeast corner of the main building. This area contains <br /> on site. equipped with petroleum lubricants and engine oil used to service company fleet vehicles. The <br /> Facility location map is included as Figure 1. Site diagrams including the location of hazardous materials <br /> storage area, building locations and critical spill control structures are depicted in Figure 2 and 3. <br />
