S0 JOA U 1 Environmental Health Department <br /> U ; i y I AMENDED <br /> 10/6/2020 <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> PACIFIC COAST PRODUCERS(GUILD) 650 S GUILD , LODI September 21, 2020 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 102 CCR 66262.11 Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATIONS: Observed an oily absorbent paper in the trash bin near the forklift maintenance area. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste <br /> as specified in Title 22 California Code of Regulations(CCR). There are wastes that are listed as hazardous <br /> wastes. There are wastes that exhibit one or more of the hazardous waste characteristics:toxic, corrosive, reactive <br /> or ignitable. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The violation was corrected during the inspection by facility personnel.The oily paper was <br /> put in the 55-gal Non-RCRA Hazardous Waste oily solids drum. No further action is required to correct this <br /> violation. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class Il. <br /> 303 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or decontamination <br /> equipment. <br /> OBSERVATION: In hazardous materials storage room, observed a fire extinguisher with gauge pointing to <br /> "recharge". <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All facility communications or alarm systems,fire protection equipment, spill control <br /> equipment, and decontamination equipment,where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure <br /> its proper operation in time of emergency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Bring the fire extinguisher into proper working order by repair, replacement or testing. <br /> Provide a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> FA0013626 PR0517929 SCO01 09/21/2020 <br /> EHD 22-01 Rev.9/16/2020 Page 4 of 8 Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator OIR <br /> 1868 E.
