The monitoring plans left UDC sensor manufacturer and model blank. The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. This is a minor violation. 204 CCR 2712(1) Current monitoring plan approved by the EHD not found on site. An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. A copy of these plans shall be accessible on site at all times. Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. This is a minor violation. 209 CCR 2716(a-e) Failure to conduct the designated UST operator visual inspection at least once every 30 days. A designated operator inspection was performed on January 11, 2019 and the next inspection was performed on February 11, 2019, 31 days later. The designated operator visual inspections shall be conducted within 30 days or less of the previous inspection. Ensure that all designated operator inspections are performed within the required time frames. The designated operator failed to check and note all required items on the visual inspection reports. -The 11/14/18 inspection report left Section V blank. -The 1/11/19 inspection report left Section V blank. During the visual inspection, the designated operator shall check that all required testing and maintenance for the UST system have been completed and shall check all required items on the report. Ensure that designated operators performing visual inspections at this facility are including all of the required information on the reports. This is a minor violation. Overall Inspection Comments: Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by April 27, 2019.
