SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) This is a report of the Routine hazardous waste inspection conducted at the referenced facility by San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). The following are Minor Violations - Notice to Comply: 605/701 605 & 701. Unable to discern faded markings on the hazardous label of one 55-gallon drum of solid and one 55-gallon drum of liquid at the back of the store, with the exception of one drum containing solid, which appears to have an accumulation start date of 6/10/11. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following ir formation: 1. the words "Hazardous ste", 2. name and address of generator, 3. hazardous properties 4. physical state, 5. composition (contents), 6. accumulation start date Immediately label these collitainers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information. Since these containers have been on site longer than 180 days, immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD by 06(10/2013. NOTE Facility doesn't have a signed copy of 4628069FLE, but owner stated the waste was disposed of by Arco before current owner took ver business. Explained to owner requirement to retain all hazardous waste disposal receipts and signE d copy of the manifest by TSDF. Facility generated < 5 tons in 2012. Submit the following to EH by: 06/10/2013 1) A completed copy of the (provided) Return to Compliance Certification (please keep original for your records) 2) A written state ent how each violation was corrected, and 3) Evidence (i.e. photos, disposal receipts, documents) in su port of the corrections made. ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATJED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE.
