applicant shall construct the fence in accordance with the approved plans. <br /> E. The project applicant will be responsible for submitting a letter of <br /> completion to the Kern County Planning Department regarding <br /> installation of the barbed wire fence around the permit area including <br /> installation of the hardware cloth. <br /> F. The project applicant will implement a 15 mile per hour speed limit on all <br /> non-public roads within the permit area. Signs shall be posted, and <br /> employee training shall be conducted to this effect. <br /> G. The project applicant will be responsible for implementing the initial <br /> awareness training program for all employees including advising <br /> contractors to be aware of the potential presence of listed species and to <br /> take every precaution to avoid any adverse impacts. Training logs will be <br /> kept on file at the H.M. Holloway Gypsum Mine office and will available <br /> for review/verification u on request. <br /> #9 MM 4.2-2. If the status of any of the <br /> identified potential kit fox dens changes to "known" or <br /> "suspected pupping" den, the appropriate buffer as <br /> described in the Standardized Recommendations will <br /> be established around any such den and the USFWS <br /> and CDFG will be contacted for further guidance prior <br /> to fencing the site.
