Zuna Barker <br />EH Specialist <br />San Joaquin County, <br />Environmental Health Department <br />1868 East Hazelton Ave. <br />Stockton, CA 95205 <br />After review of the violations presented in your recent inspection, we recognize that these issues are of <br />great concern to the department and we would like to participate in any continuing education opportunities <br />that the county would provide as well as any best practice methods that can be shared from the industry. <br />Enclosed below are the responses to the non-compliance issues and the certified form of correction that is <br />signed by Jesus Jurado our Compliance Manager. We look forward to working with your office in the future <br />to avoid such violations listed below as well as continuing to explore best industry practices. <br />Violation 201— LS 87 STP date 1/25/2018 alarm was not on site. Contact Service Station system <br />to provide a copy of the work order. Will have a copy on site and will also provide a copy with <br />the correction statement. <br />Violation 209- The (DO) inspection report was incomplete on section 111 -1X -X. Karen Arnaiz <br />(DO) for PAQ INC. has corrected each item on the monthly visual report and will have a copy <br />onsite. We Will also include a copy with the correction statement. <br />Violation 306 —during the inspection, inspector notice that the shrader valve were not positioned <br />right on pump 1/2-3/4-7/8-9/10 also test boots were not removed. Abel Maintenance corrected it <br />during the (SB989) testing. Jesus Jurado will provide pictures with this letter of correction <br />statements. <br />Violation 315 —was corrected on site. <br />Violation 320 —overfill prevention was not performed on the due date of October 13th 2018. <br />Currently working on contracting a license tester. when we do Jesus Jurado, will keep a copy on <br />site. <br />Food4Less provides an on going education with department managers on how to comply with all <br />appropriate protocols and other industry regulations. The Store Director and Managers also provide on <br />going training to employees to better understand new laws and compliance issues while working within <br />these departments. Thank you again for helping to identify these above deficiencies. Moving forward we <br />will maintain our commitment to ensuring we are adequately trained and informed of upcoming changes to <br />the laws. <br />
