Immediately stop recycling metal fines, make a hazardous waste determination for the metal fines , and manage it according to Title 22 hazard us waste regulations. Particles 100 microns or smaller must be handled as hazardous waste if the metal is determ ned to be a hazardous waste. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed. All facility communications or alarm systems, fire protection equipment, spill control equipment, and dec ntamination equipment, where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure its proper operation n time of emergency.
