The permit has been <br /> approved with the following conditions : <br /> 1 . Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements . <br /> 2 . Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for <br /> approval prior to commencing work . All new addenda supersede the previous <br /> ones . <br /> 3 . Contact Elena Manzo at (209 ) 953 -7699 to arrange the following appointments ( a <br /> 4 & hour notice is required for inspection appointments ) . <br /> • Spill bucket test : Verify minimum 5 -gallon capacity and pass a one hour hydrostatic <br /> test (or equivalent) . Proper drainage must also be verified . <br /> • Corrosion protection : Verify corrosion protection for direct bury spill bucket prior to <br /> backfilling . <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the UST system prior to the EHD <br /> N <br /> nspection and approval . <br /> 4 . Since concrete will be broken near the 87 and 91 tanks , a secondary containment test <br /> must be performed on these tanks once concrete is poured in accordance with the <br /> manufacturer' s guidelines . <br /> 5 . Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following <br /> qualifications : <br />
