The permit has been <br /> approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for <br /> approval prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous <br /> ones. <br /> 3. Contact Elena Manzo at (209) 953-7699 to arrange the following appointments (a <br /> 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). <br /> • Spill bucket test: Verify minimum 5-gallon capacity and pass a one hour hydrostatic <br /> test (or equivalent). Proper drainage must also be verified. <br /> • Corrosion protection: Verify corrosion protection for direct bury spill bucket prior to <br /> backfilling. <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the UST system prior to the EHD <br /> inspection and approval. <br /> 4. Since concrete will be broken near the 87 and 91 tanks, a secondary containment test <br /> must be performed on these tanks once concrete is poured in accordance with the <br /> manufacturer's guidelines. <br /> 5.
