Effluent and Mass Loading Limitations <br /> 1. Effective immediately, the blend of treated wastewater, storm water, and <br /> supplemental irrigation water applied to the existing 23 acres of LAAs shall not <br /> exceed the following effluent and mass loading limits: <br /> Constituent Units Daily Annual <br /> Maximum Maximum <br /> BOD Mass Loading lbs/ac/day 285 -- <br /> Flow-Weighted Average Fixed mg/L -- 740 ' <br /> Dissolved Solids Concentration <br /> Total Nitrogen Mass Loading lbs/ac/year -- 500 ' <br /> Based on total flow and concentration for each source of water discharged. <br /> 2. Effective on 1 September 2013: <br /> a.
