All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Pool has been remodeled <br />Main drain is split- Covers used are unknown- contractor to provide spec sheets and photos taken during installation <br />There are 2 skimmers with single equalizer lines. Aquastar covers were installed, the model appears to be hp, contractor to <br />provide spec sheets. <br />The skimmers and the main drain are looped. Valves on the deck had been eliminated. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
