Approximately 552 gallons of Peroxide Multi-Surface Cleaner&Disinfectant <br /> 3. Two Pallets of Low Temp-Detergent <br /> 4. One Pallet of Dawn Professional-Ultra Heavy Duty Degreaser <br /> 5. 245 gallons of Chlorine Sanitizer Disinfectant <br /> 6. 240 gallons of Low Temp- Rinse Additive <br /> 7. 110 gallons of waste refrigeration oil <br /> 8. 600 gallons of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) <br /> 9. 1900 gallons of Diesel for the emergency generator <br /> Sulfuric Acid for the lead-acid batteries is reported in pounds. Sulfuric Acid shall be reported in gallons. If the facility <br /> stored a new chemical,the chemical inventory shall be updated within 30 days of bringing the chemical on-site. <br /> Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. <br /> Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the <br /> materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> The site maps was not completed and submitted with all the required elements. The site maps submitted to CERS <br /> do not address the locations of the followings: <br /> 1)Strom/Sewer Drains;The facility has 7 storm drains <br /> 2) Location of the chemicals( Refrigeration Oil, Refrigeration Waste Oil, and Diesel for the Emergency Generator) <br /> 3) Internal Roads <br /> A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, <br /> access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage <br /> areas, and emergency response equipment.
