The containers <br /> were: <br /> -One 55-gallon container with used paper oil filters observed lacking generator name and address, hazardous <br /> properties, physical state and contents. Operator corrected on site by adding generator name and address, <br /> hazardous properties, physical state and contents. <br /> -One 300-gallon container with waste antifreeze observed lacking hazardous properties. Operator corrected on site <br /> by adding"toxic"hazardous properties. <br /> -One 55-gallon container with waste aerosol observed lacking generator name and address, hazardous properties, <br /> physical state and contents. Operator corrected on site by adding generator name and address, hazardous <br /> properties, physical state and contents. <br /> -One 55-gallon container with waste grease lacking hazardous properties. Operator wrote in hazardous properties <br /> "toxic." <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTED ON SITE. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 10-23-2020. <br /> To minimize person to person, contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br /> ($152).
