All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />#15 Operation Records <br />OBSERVATIONS: Water is being tested only every 3 days when the pool is serviced. PH and free chlorine must be tested <br />daily and cyanuric acid every month and records kept. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall test the disinfectant residual, pH, and spa water temperature a minimum of once per day. <br />Cyanuric acid concentration shall be tested once per month if cyanuric acid is used. Combined chlorine shall be tested as often as <br />necessary to maintain the concentration below 0.4 ppm. Pool operator shall maintain written records of all maintenance and test results <br />for at least two years and shall submit those records to the enforcement agency upon request. (CCR 65523) <br />#22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: The skimmer on the south, the cover is broken. Replace by today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall be <br />maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications. (CBC 31368) <br />OBSERVATIONS: The feeder is in disrepair. Repair by today. Connect the feeder to the monitoring/chemical control <br />system. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Each pool shall be provided with a system capable of continuous disinfection of the pool water. (CBC 31238) <br />Disinfectant feeders shall be capable of supplying not less than the equivalent of 3 pounds of 100 percent available chlorine per day per <br />10,000 gallons of pool water.
