Do not use this activity when working for others. Refer to Y Family,work for others. Special Requirements Note:Circumstances may require a field supervisor or manager to select a Maintenance Type or Priority Code other than shown below, Refer to Appendix 1 for a complete listing and description of availabia Maintenance Types and Priority Codes. In order to get the time spent on these meetings charged to the Maintenance Storm Water Management Program,create a Work Order charged to Activity Code F10003 Create one Work Order per month and charge time to it each time you have a BMP Tailgate Meeting.Topics should be listed in the Work Order Comments Tab.
