As we have mentioned in the past, we do not give "extensions" for
a Return to Compliance because you are only expected to identify what measures will be taken to bring
your facilities into compliance and by what date. The compliance measures do not all have to be
completed within 30 days of receiving your report, you just need to tell us what you will be doing.
You mentioned in a phone message that you wanted to discuss the violations from the Trinity Park
(Stockton) facility and I left you a message telling you that I would meet with you but have not heard back
from you. You asked for an extension for that facility as well.
Please call to schedule a time to meet if you would like to discuss the violations.
Thank you.
Kasey Foley, REHS
Program Coordinator
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
600 East Main Street
Stockton, CA 95202-3029
(209) 468-3451
kfoley@sjcehd.com
4/9/2009
