Per our conversation, I am addressing your concerns during our call. <br /> 1. Update the Contingency Plan in CERS: We have reviewed your concern with our vendor Verisk 3E. I have <br /> confirmed that the store was not required to submit an updated inventory or contingency plan since 2014 <br /> because its low generation made exempt from the full HMBP. As a background, in 2015 was determined that the <br /> facility did not store hazardous materials above reporting threshold according to agency guidelines, therefore <br /> this location has consistently answered NO to Hazardous Materials in its Business Activities reporting element in <br /> CERS. This location has only been required to submit renewal Facility Information each year since. I have <br /> attached the most recent update for your records. In addition, I am including the submission history for this <br /> location which has been considered acceptable for filing since April of 2015. <br /> 2. Manifest for the Hazardous Waste Shipment on 9/28/2018. <br /> 3. Training records:As I explained during our call, I requested additional information about the hiring date of each <br /> of the colleague referenced in your report.
