The accumulation start date must be added when an item is first <br /> placed into the container. This step is very important and must not be forgotten. <br /> 8 Bags must be kept closed at all times. Do not re-open a bag once it is inside the <br /> collection container. <br /> 9 All collection containers must be stored in such a way that the label is visible and the <br /> containers can be easily inspected for leaks or damage. <br /> 10 When the container is full, ensure the container remains closed and start a new <br /> container. <br /> 11 Any large items that cannot fit inside the "STORE" hazardous waste collection container <br /> should be placed in the hazardous waste collection area.
