The store <br /> manager, Mark Largent, was asked about the hazardous waste on site. He stated he had <br /> transported the hazardous waste over from the CVS store's previous location, 7464 Pacific <br /> Avenue, Stockton, CA, to the new store located at 6632 Pacific Avenue, Stockton, CA. When <br /> asked why he transported the hazardous waste he stated he was"told by my folks"that it was <br /> ok to bring it over to the new store. When asked for a name of the person who told him it was <br /> ok he was unable to provide the name of the person at the Corporate office. <br /> Immediately have this hazardous waste removed by a licensed hazardous waste <br /> hauler, under manifest, Within 30 days provide this office with a copy of the <br /> manifest. <br /> Class II Violations: <br /> Violation #7-Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste 66262.11 California <br /> Code of Regulations(CCR). <br /> At time of inspection, damaged and leaking containers, customer returns, expired products, etc., <br /> which may be a hazardous waste, are being sent to the Distribution Center (DC) in Patterson <br /> without a hazardous waste determination made. <br /> Immediately make a hazardous waste determination before shipping to the DC <br /> pursuant to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations and handle accordingly or handle as <br /> hazardous waste. Within 30 days provide written documentation describing how <br /> waste is being handled. <br /> Violation #8-Managed a hazardous waste without an EPA ID number 66262.12(a) <br /> CCR. <br /> 3 EHD Inspect Received by <br />
