The 15 gallon container will be placed in a 30 gallon containment drum <br /> used for secondary containment . <br /> 613 Inspection and testing will be implemented per the amended SPCC Plan <br /> and kept on site . <br /> 614 Personnel will be trained on discharge prevention based on the amended <br /> SPCC Plan . <br /> 616 A discharge prevention briefing will be scheduled at the time the SPCC Plan has <br /> been amended and will be conducted annually . <br /> 617 The camera will be adjusted to give a full visual of the tank area . <br /> 713 The owner has contact Elite IV contractors about inspection . Elite IV will be using <br /> a company by the name of BZ Testing . The owner will submit the date of testing to <br /> EHD when it has been confirmed .
