The report will include: <br />• A description of the field activities, observations, and protocols <br />• Tabulated results of samples with copies of certified results <br />• A graphical representation of sampling locations <br />• Description and documentation of QA/QC procedures employed for field awl laboratory <br />work <br />• Kleinfelder's conclusions and recommendations based on the data acquired. <br />CLIENT RESMN—SIHILITIES AND ASSUMMO—Mi <br />This proposal and the attached cost estimate are based on the following assumptions and <br />responsibilities: <br />01006 <br />p.4 <br />+ <br />Granite Construction will provide Kieiufeldcr with access to the site and stockpile area or <br />the proposed sampling. <br />• Kleiafelder is not responsible for the site safety of others. <br />• Two copies of all documents will be delivered to the client.
