The plan does not list the state approved laboratory that is to be used for analysis. <br />2. The plan does not indicate that the samples will be analyzed PAHs. <br />3. The EHD requires that all analytical data be sent directly from the laboratory. <br />4. In the plan there is a reference to possible reuse of the material as aggregate sub -base. This is not an <br />option.
