In accordance with your request, Kleinfelder will provide the following scope of <br />services: <br />• Task 1—Stockpile Sampling <br />• Task 2 — Chemical Analyses <br />® Task 3 - Reporting <br />Please review the enclosed scope of work, client responsibilities and assumptions (Attachment <br />A), Typical Kleinfelder Field Protocol (Attachment B), and the cost estimate (Attachment Q. <br />We can begin work upon our receipt of written authorization to proceed.
