In accordance with our
report, the County resampled MW-4 on September 19 for retesting of the detected VOCs.
Results from the retest (attached) show no detections of the previously detected VOCs. The
County believes the prior detections of VOCs to be false positive detections.
The County will continue to monitor groundwater at the CHSL in accordance with our Waste
Discharge Requirements.
If you have any questions, please call me at (209)468-3066.
Sincerely,
W.
