What was the original test date so I can cancel that appointment?
Also, please make sure to send testing notifications to ust .sjgov.org and not individual email addresses.
Thank you,
Kimberly Blackwell,Senior Office Assistant
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 E. Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the
sender and know the content is safe.
Good afternoon–
We have rescheduled your overfill prevention testing for Monday 11/30 at 10am.
Please refer to the info below for any fuel requirements so we can start testing on time.
OVERFILL
Although we can perform this test without particular fuel levels, for the sake of avoiding a return trip please remember
to have your fuel levels between 25-75%. If you have a total capacity of 33,000 gal of fuel or greater, your maximum
ullage is 25,000 gal in order to check the vapor tightness of your site after the Overfill Inspection is complete. If you are
expecting a fuel delivery on the day of the test, it needs to be completed more than 4 hours before testing can start.
If these 2 conditions are not met,we may have to come out on a return trip to complete a Pressure Decay.
Due to the nature of the testing, no fuel delivery can be made during the time of testing. If you do receive a fuel delivery
too close to the start of testing,we will be delayed starting and may have to reschedule. Because we are unable to
anticipate all repairs needed in order to finish the compliance testing, any repairs during the test that are completed will
be at the discretion of the technician and are subject to additional charges, including, but not limited to labor, parts, re-
testing, and travel.
2
