The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been addressed for CHILIS GRILL & BAR#1306 as of September 24, 2020. Open violations from March 28, 2019 inspection Violation#6-Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. The site map was not complete as part of the business plan. The site map is missing storm drain locations emergency response equipment locations(fire Extinguishers). Please list the missing elements to the site map. A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs,evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA".
